Marcus Deller, Owner and Lead Technician
Marcus founded Servo Garage Doors Littleton in 2015 after working for two larger door companies and deciding he’d rather answer for his own repair record than someone else’s call center. He’s the one who wrote the documentation standard that became The Haven Standard, and he still takes service calls three days a week. His specialty is torsion spring systems and diagnosing doors that other companies have “fixed” twice. If Marcus shows up at your house, you’ll get the name of the failed part, the measurement, and a flat price on a written scope before he touches anything. When he’s not in a garage, he’s rebuilding a 1972 BMW motorcycle that he insists is almost done. It has been almost done since 2019.
Dan R., Senior Installer
Dan handles full door replacements, new construction installs, and the kind of custom trim work that turns a stock door into something that belongs on a Highlands Ranch house. He’s been hanging doors for 14 years and came to Servo in 2017. Dan is our Amarr and Clopay specialist, and he can tell you whether a door will take a north-facing Littleton winter without warping. He’s also the reason every install job gets a document photo record of the final track alignment before we leave, because Dan believes the only good install is one you can show the customer afterward. Outside work, Dan coaches his daughter’s youth hockey team and has strong opinions about proper gate tension that nobody asked for.

Jess is the voice on the phone when you call Servo Garage Doors Littleton at (720) 636-7083. She’s been with the company since 2018 and knows the dispatch schedule, the parts inventory on each truck, and which technician is closest to your neighborhood before you finish explaining the problem. If it’s an emergency call, Jess gets a named technician dispatched with an on-the-way text. She’s the person who makes sure every visit has a written record before and after, because she’s the one who files them. Jess grew up in Littleton and went to Heritage High School, so when you tell her your street name, she probably knows what kind of door you have. She has a rescue dog named Torsion. Yes, really.
Leo T., Apprentice Technician
Leo joined Servo in 2024 after completing a two-year trade program in Denver. He rides with Marcus or Dan on every call, which means he’s learned our way of doing things from the ground up, literally: winding bars, spring measurements, and safety checks before anything else. Leo is our opener and logic board trainee, and he can wire a Chamberlain or LiftMaster opener faster than most people can find the manual. He’s the one who double-checks the photo documentation on every completed job, so if there’s a dispute about what a cable looked like before, the record exists. Leo is originally from Colorado Springs and is currently learning drywall repair because garage doors and dented walls occasionally meet.
